The purpose of the re:generation mentoring registration is to ensure you have agreed to walk alongside the participant throughout the 12-step recovery program. You are voluntarily entering into this partnership because of the mutual trust and respect you have for one another. You agree that the role of the mentor is to act as an encourager and guide outside of the re:generation step group who is granted authority by the participant to speak into his or her life for the sake of spiritual growth and maturity.
